I Am 囗囗囗 (2016)

I Am □□□ is my first immersive documentary theatre work created in 2016.

Using one empty office building in my university, we turn ten office rooms and one hall into a installation-performative site. The hall is set up as an exhibition of an anonymous youngster's life, filled with his/her daily necessities.

Ten devised performances happen spontaneously in these rooms, reflecting the living state of youngsters. Themes like nostalgia, video game, love affair, loneliness, fantasy merger with each other synchronically. Audience are invited to walk in any space and freely interact with performers to trigger new performative possibilities.
